TVicPci is a generic device driver for use with practically any programming language. It allows you to access and control PCI devices directly from within a Win32 application under Windows 98/ME/2000/XP without using the Windows DDK. TVicPci provides programmers with standard methods for real-time direct access to port I/O, memory mapped I/O and hardware interrupts -- without requiring you to write a custom virtual device driver for Windows 98/ME or a kernel-mode driver for Windows 2000/XP.
