Locale Settings Component

  Retrieves and sets local machine settings, including the long, short and medium date formats, the currency, decimal and thousand separator characters, etc. Automatically loads all the supported locales on the system in the form of an object model. This enables the developer to retrieve information relating to other locales supported by system that are not in currently in effect. Can be used with any ActiveX-compliant programming language and ships with context-sensitive help detailing all the available properties, methods and events.
